We are proud to ship our products from Kansas City, Missouri, and aim to provide timely and reliable delivery for all orders.

Processing Time

  • Orders are processed within 24 hours (Monday–Friday, excluding holidays).

  • During high-demand periods or promotional events, processing times may be extended. If there is a delay, we will notify you by email.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Times

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your selected method and delivery address.

Standard Shipping (U.S. Only):

  • Flat Rate: $6.95 (FREE on orders over $75)

  • Estimated Delivery: 2-5 business days after processing

Expedited Shipping:

  • Rates calculated at checkout

  • Estimated Delivery: 1–3 business days after processing

We currently ship only within the United States.

Local Pickup (Kansas City, MO)

  • Free local pickup is available.

  • You will receive an email when your order is ready with pickup instructions and address details.

Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 24 hours for tracking to update.

Lost or Delayed Shipments

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by the carrier (USPS, UPS, etc.).

  • If your package shows as delivered but you have not received it, please contact the carrier first.

  • If your package is lost in transit, email us at herlittletreasuresllc@gmail.com, and we will help initiate a claim.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order.
We are not responsible for packages delivered to the wrong address due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged, please contact the assigned shipping carrier to initiate a claim.
